While renting a home through RE/MAX Properties’ property management department, you will earn credit towards purchasing a house. And it is all FREE for you!

Steps to begin:

• Sign up with RE/MAX Properties’ “Building Your Home” program.
• Pay your rent on time and earn 10% of your rental payment towards your new home.
• Earn credits worth up to 1% of you future home loan amount.
• Have our preferred lender coach you through securing your mortgage.
• Watch your money work for you!

For Example:
Your rent payment is $1200 per month. If you pay 12 months rent on time each month, you would earn credits worth $1440. At the closing of your new home, we will give you $1440 towards your closing costs.

Each month when you pay your rent on time, you will receive a credit of 10% of you rental payment. Once you sign up for “Building Your Home,” you will be contacted by our preferred lender who will begin getting you pre qualified for your loan. If any repairs need to be made to your credit, our lender will coach you through this process. Within 90 days of your lease expiration, we will match you with a RE/MAX Properties Sales Associate who will begin showing you properties in the area in which you want to live.

Your RE/MAX Properties Associate is undoubtedly your most valuable asset when purchasing your new home. Our Associates are well trained and available to answer any questions you might have throughout the process whether it be questions on community information like schools, taxes, churches or whatever it might be. Our agents are experts on the Las Vegas area and are ready to find you the right house.

Questions About The Program

What is the maximum credit amount?
The maximum credit is 1% of your loan amount. For example, if your loan amount is $200,000 you can redeem $2000 in Credits towards your closing costs.

Can I use an outside lender or agent?
The way the program works is that in order to redeem credit, you must use a RE/MAX Properties Sales Associate and our in house preferred lender.

How long do I have to use my credit?
You can bank credits for as long as you are renting a house through RE/MAX Properties’ property management department.

Are my credits transferable?
No, you can not transfer credits from one person to another.

Do my credits expire?
No, as long as you are renting a property through RE/MAX Properties, your credits will continue to stay active.

What kind of home can I buy?
Anything you want! It can be a town home, single family home, high-rise condo, etc. Whatever suits your needs!
